Total Compensation: $52.32–$55.38/hour*

Bring both your adult and pediatric nursing skills to a 20-bed medical-surgical unit. Support patients from assessment through recovery, collaborate with the care team and stay responsive as priorities change. The assignment can include flu-immunization clinics and floating to other departments within your experience and competencies, offering a varied mix of inpatient and community-focused work.

Assignment Overview

• Fort Defiance, Arizona 86504
• 13-week W-2 contract; 1 opening
• 12-hour days, typically alternating 36- and 48-hour workweeks. Flexibility for other shifts, weekends and holidays is required.
• 36 guaranteed hours per week; the hourly-equivalent estimate uses the full repeating schedule.
• Proposed start: November 2, 2026, pending facility confirmation.
• Up to one on-call shift per week is required; additional call compensation is confirmed before an offer.
• Orientation is scheduled on Mondays.

What You Bring

• Active RN license meeting facility and applicable practice requirements.
• AHA BLS, ACLS and PALS.
• At least three years of med-surg experience and one year of pediatric experience.
• Comfort caring for both adult and pediatric patients and floating within demonstrated competencies.

Pay and Benefits

Taxable W-2 hourly pay: $22.16–$25.22.
