• 26-week W-2 contract; 1 opening
• Monday-Friday days.
• 36 guaranteed hours per week; compensation estimate uses a 40-hour planning week.
• Proposed start: November 24, 2026, pending facility confirmation.
• Travel between patient homes is part of the role.

What You Bring

• Active Vermont RN license.
• BLS certification.
• At least one year of relevant experience.
• Home-care case management and Homecare Homebase documentation skills.

Pay and Benefits

Taxable W-2 hourly pay: $20.00–$23.27.
