Use your critical-care experience in a five-bed ICU serving a culturally rich northern Arizona community. Care for patients across age groups, support families and adapt your skills when floating to emergency, medical-surgical or pediatric care. This assignment offers broad clinical exposure and the chance to contribute to a regional referral setting.

Assignment Overview

• Tuba City, Arizona 86045
• 13-week W-2 contract; 2 openings
• All shifts; floating to ED, medical-surgical or pediatric care may occur with low census. No call.
• Start date and final schedule confirmed before acceptance.
• The advertised package uses a 36-hour weekly schedule; actual hours may vary.

What You Bring

• At least three years of ICU experience and an associate degree in nursing or higher.
• Current unrestricted RN license meeting the facility’s accepted U.S. jurisdiction requirements.
• Current American Heart Association BLS and ACLS; PALS as required.
• TCAR and NIHSS within the facility’s required timeframe.
• Limited shared contractor housing only; no pets or family in facility housing. Housing terms and availability confirmed before acceptance.

Pay and Benefits

Taxable W-2 hourly pay: $38.89–$41.86.
