Coordinate safe perioperative care, anticipate the needs of the surgical team and advocate for patients throughout their procedures. Four ten-hour shifts give this role a defined weekly rhythm, with a shared call rotation supporting urgent surgical care.

Assignment Overview

• Scottsbluff, Nebraska 69361
• 13-week W-2 contract; 1 opening
• Four ten-hour shifts with varied start times; holiday coverage required.
• 36 guaranteed hours per week.
• The hourly-equivalent estimate uses the planned 40-hour week.
• Call is required one weeknight per week and every fourth or fifth weekend; additional call compensation is confirmed before an offer.
• Proposed start: October 28, 2026, pending facility confirmation.

What You Bring

• Active RN authorization for Nebraska practice.
• BLS and ACLS certification; at least two years of experience.
• Operating-room orthopedic and neurosurgical experience in a Level I or II setting.

Pay and Benefits

Taxable W-2 hourly pay: $28.15–$31.55.
