Total Compensation: $64.53–$68.21/hour*

Make rehabilitation personal by meeting patients where they live. Evaluate mobility and home safety, develop practical treatment plans and help patients build strength, balance and confidence. Work closely with caregivers and the care team, combining independent visits with a shared focus on recovery and independence.

Assignment Overview

• Missoula, Montana 59808
• 12-week W-2 contract; 1 opening
• Typically Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m., with occasional evening or weekend coverage.
• 40 guaranteed hours per week.
• Travel to patient homes; reliable personal vehicle required.
• Proposed October 28 start, pending facility confirmation.
• Holiday coverage required. Call may be required; standby and callback compensation is additional and confirmed before an offer.

What You Bring

• Current Montana physical therapist license and accredited PT degree.
• Valid driver license, reliable vehicle and appropriate auto insurance.
• At least one year of relevant experience; two years preferred.
