• 13-week W-2 contract; 3 openings
• 8-5 pm Monday- Friday , shift will change after the first 30 days
• Paid weekly hours and the final schedule must be confirmed before an offer. No weekly earnings or guaranteed hours are promised.
• Target start: November 16, 2026, pending facility confirmation.

Put your medication expertise at the heart of patient care. Work through treatment questions, support safer medication decisions and collaborate with the clinical team—an assignment for someone who enjoys combining detailed analysis with practical patient impact.

Provide outpatient medication management, review prescriptions, counsel patients and coordinate safe pharmacy care.

Requirements

• PharmD or Bachelor of Pharmacy from a recognized pharmacy school.
• At least three years of relevant experience and a current unrestricted pharmacist license meeting tribal-facility credentialing requirements.
• Fingerprint clearance before starting; complete required housing application at least two weeks before arrival.
