Your Work

Bring attention to detail and reassuring communication to each dialysis visit. Monitor changing patient needs, coordinate with the care team and help patients feel prepared and informed throughout treatment. This assignment combines focused clinical skills with the personal connections that develop through ongoing care.

Provide outpatient dialysis nursing care, administer prescribed treatments and medications, coordinate individualized care, support patient education and document in EPIC.

Requirements

• At least two years of relevant nursing experience.
• Currently active Wisconsin RN license.
• AHA provider-level BLS and ACLS.
• Education verification and facility credentialing requirements.
