Assignment Overview

• Kapaa, Hawaii 96746
• 13-week W-2 contract; 1 opening
• Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m.; the compensation estimate uses a 40-hour planning week.
• Travel between healthcare facilities and occasional extended hours may be needed for surveys, audits or operational priorities.
• Proposed start: October 28, 2026, pending facility confirmation.
• Any assigned standby or callback coverage has additional compensation confirmed before an offer.

What You Bring

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with an active Hawaii RN license.
• At least five years of relevant nursing experience and prior supervisory or leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of quality improvement, patient safety, regulatory compliance, CMS and Joint Commission requirements.
• Current BLS and strong analytical, communication and interdisciplinary leadership skills.
• A master’s degree, CPHQ or comparable quality credential, and hospital quality-leadership experience are preferred.

Pay and Benefits

Taxable W-2 hourly pay: $20.00–$23.59.
