Assignment Overview

• Juneau, Alaska 99801
• 13-week W-2 contract; 1 opening
• Monday–Friday day shifts.
• 40 guaranteed hours per week, subject to final assignment terms.
• Start is subject to fingerprint clearance and facility confirmation, at least 5 weeks after fingerprint cards are received. Housing and transportation are not provided by the facility.

Your Work

Help patients connect the pieces of their care. This role combines nursing judgment, education and follow-through as you work with patients, families and the clinical team to make treatment plans easier to understand and navigate.

Coordinate outpatient obstetric care, assess patients, support treatments and follow-up, educate patients and families and help patients navigate their care.

What You Bring

• Active Alaska RN license at submission and graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• At least two years of relevant experience, including obstetric case management.
• Current BLS; case-management certification preferred.
