Assignment Overview

• Pagosa Springs, Colorado 81147
• 13-week W-2 travel contract; 1 opening
• Three 12-hour day shifts per week, 6:15 a.m.–6:45 p.m. No call.
• 36 guaranteed hours per week.
• Target start: November 2, 2026, pending facility confirmation.

Your Work

Bring your nursing skills to the variety of adult medical and surgical care. Stay alert to changing needs, coordinate with the nursing team and help patients and families understand each step toward recovery.

Provide observation and inpatient medical/surgical nursing care, reassess patients, administer treatments, educate patients and families, and coordinate care. Document in Cerner.

Requirements

• Current Colorado RN license or qualifying compact multistate license.
• At least five years of medical/surgical or emergency nursing experience.
• Previous traveler experience and Cerner EHR experience.
• Graduate of an accredited RN program.
• Current AHA BLS and ACLS.
