This interim leadership assignment combines hands-on problem-solving with the opportunity to support a close-knit team and improve how clinical information flows through the hospital.

• 13-week W-2 contract; 1 opening
• Monday-Friday; no call or holiday coverage is listed.
• The hourly-equivalent estimate uses a 40-hour planning week.
• 40 guaranteed hours per week, with up to three facility-canceled shifts excluded during the assignment.
• Proposed start: October 28, 2026, pending facility confirmation.
• Travelers must live at least 100 miles from the hospital.

What You Bring

• At least five years of relevant health information management experience.
• Strong knowledge of medical records, coding operations, data integrity and regulatory compliance.
• Experience leading and supporting HIM staff, with a hands-on approach in a rural hospital setting.

Pay and Benefits

Taxable W-2 hourly pay: $27.32–$30.49.
