Your Work

Build connections with the people you care for while bringing attentive nursing skills to their everyday lives. Notice changes, coordinate with colleagues and help residents and families feel informed and supported. This assignment combines hands-on clinical care with the continuity and personal relationships of a residential setting.

Provide skilled nursing care, administer medications and treatments, coordinate individualized care, educate patients and families and document in EPIC.

Requirements

• Relevant skilled nursing experience and readiness to float to other inpatient units.
• Currently active Wisconsin RN license.
• Current CPR/BLS and education verification.
• Availability for weekend and holiday rotations.
