Your Work

Help patients make progress toward the activities that matter to them. This hands-on role combines clinical problem-solving, individualized care and patient education, with the satisfaction of supporting greater function and independence.

Provide physical therapist rehabilitation services, document progress, coordinate treatment goals and support residents’ functional recovery.

Requirements

• Active Montana physical therapist license or qualifying professional authorization.
• Relevant rehabilitation experience and facility-required credentials; complete credentialing before placement.
