Assignment Overview

• Las Vegas, Nevada 89128
• 26-week W-2 travel contract; 1 opening
• Eight-hour day shifts in an outpatient clinic; no call. Normal schedule is 40 hours, reduced to 32 guaranteed hours during holiday weeks.
• Weekly pay illustration uses 32 paid hours, the source holiday-week guarantee; usual schedule is 40 hours. No guarantee beyond final assignment terms.
• Target start: October 28, 2026, pending facility confirmation.

Your Work

Help patients make progress toward the activities that matter to them. This hands-on role combines clinical problem-solving, individualized care and patient education, with the satisfaction of supporting greater function and independence.

Evaluate outpatient rehabilitation patients, develop and update treatment plans, provide therapeutic interventions and education and document functional progress.

Requirements

• Relevant outpatient physical therapy experience.
• Active Nevada physical therapist license, or a valid compact privilege only where legally authorized; complete any required permanent-license follow-up.
• Complete facility-specific credentialing and prior-employment eligibility review.
• At least twelve months since any prior regular/PRN employment at this facility; previous travel or other facility work history requires rehire review.
