• 13-week W-2 contract; 6 openings
• Day and night options: 7 a.m.-7 p.m. or 7 p.m.-7 a.m.; weekend and holiday rotation; no call.
• Weekly hours are not guaranteed; the hourly-equivalent estimate uses a 40-hour planning week.
• Proposed start: October 26, 2026, pending facility confirmation.

What You Bring

• Active RN authorization for Ohio practice.
• AHA BLS certification.
• At least one year of med-surg or telemetry experience.
• EPIC documentation and strong care-coordination skills.

Pay and Benefits

Taxable W-2 hourly pay: $20.00–$23.00.
