Total Compensation: $35.00–$37.08/hour*

Help older adults continue living in their community through personalized, coordinated care. Work with an interdisciplinary team while using your nursing skills in the clinic and in participants’ homes. From monitoring chronic conditions and supporting care plans to wound care, medications and timely assessments, this assignment offers the opportunity to build relationships and see the difference that consistent care makes.

Assignment Overview

• Kalamazoo, Michigan 49007
• 13-week W-2 contract; 1 opening
• Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m.; actual paid hours and meal periods confirmed before an offer.
• 40 guaranteed hours per week.
• Proposed start: October 28, 2026, pending facility confirmation.
• Home visits and travel between centers may be required; reliable transportation is needed.
• On-call, weekend and holiday coverage may be required. Standby and callback compensation is additional and confirmed before an offer.

What You Bring

• Nursing diploma or associate degree from an accredited nursing program; a BSN is preferred.
• Active RN authorization to practice in Michigan and at least one year of experience with frail older adults or long-term care.
• Home-care and wound-care experience are preferred. Current AHA CPR certification, or ability to obtain it through the facility.
• Reliable transportation, valid Michigan driver’s license and current vehicle insurance.

Pay and Benefits

Taxable W-2 hourly pay: $20.00–$22.08.
