• Lebanon, Oregon 97355
• 13-week W-2 contract; 1 opening
• Varied shifts with occasional weekends.
• 40 guaranteed hours per week.
• Holiday coverage required.
• Proposed October 28 start, pending facility confirmation.
• Call may be required; standby and callback pay is additional and confirmed before an offer.

What You Bring

• ASCP, AMT or equivalent MLS/MLT certification at submission.
• Experience with Epic, antibody identification, emergency blood banking and Ortho Vitros 5600.
• At least one year of relevant experience.

Pay and Benefits

Taxable W-2 hourly pay: $20.00–$22.53.
