Bring attentive assessment, clear communication and a steady clinical presence to labor and delivery, adapting as needs change and coordinating with the care team. This assignment is an opportunity to combine skilled bedside care with the personal connection that makes maternity nursing meaningful.

Provide labor, delivery and recovery nursing care, including childbirth and lactation education, maternal monitoring, assistance with clinical procedures and emotional support. Document care in EPIC and collaborate with the care team.

Requirements

• Active RN license authorizing practice in Colorado.
• At least three years of relevant experience.
• ACLS, BLS/BCLS, PALS and NRP.
• Colorado Adult Protective Services (CAPS) check.
• Reliable transportation for this rural assignment; public transportation is unavailable.
• Availability for mixed day/night shifts and holiday coverage.
