Prepare sterile supplies and equipment, anticipate the needs of the surgical team and support safe patient preparation, positioning and room turnover. This ambulatory-surgery assignment offers focused procedural work, including ophthalmology, without scheduled weekends, holidays or call.

• 8-week W-2 contract; 1 opening
• Variable start and finish times; no weekends, holidays or call.
• 24 guaranteed hours per week. The hourly-equivalent compensation estimate uses a 40-hour planning week.
• Proposed start: October 28, 2026, pending facility confirmation.

What You Bring

• High school diploma or GED and graduation from an approved surgical technologist program.
• At least five years of relevant experience, including ambulatory surgical scrub experience.
• Ophthalmology skills and current BLS.
• CST certification is preferred.
• Strong sterile-technique, instrument-preparation and surgical-team communication skills.

Pay and Benefits

Taxable W-2 hourly pay: $25.00–$27.27.
