• Flexible day/night rotation with 12-hour shifts, 7 a.m.-7 p.m. or 7 p.m.-7 a.m. Holiday coverage required.
• 36 guaranteed hours per week.

Your Work

Bring your nursing skills to the variety of adult medical and surgical care. Stay alert to changing needs, coordinate with the nursing team and help patients and families understand each step toward recovery.

Provide primarily adult medical/surgical care with occasional pediatric patients, including observation, swing-bed and outpatient care. May serve as charge nurse or preceptor as needed. Document in Meditech.

Requirements

• At least three years of recent acute-care RN experience; pediatric-only experience does not qualify.
• Current Vermont RN license or qualifying compact multistate license.
• Current AHA BLS and ACLS.
• Charge experience and Meditech experience preferred.
• Facility requires influenza vaccination with no exceptions.
• Dependable personal transportation and ability to secure and pay for housing.
• Required credentials must be uploaded at least five business days before the Wednesday start.
