Provide hospital pharmaceutical care, review medication therapy, support safe medication use and collaborate with clinical teams.

What You Bring

• Current unrestricted Oregon pharmacist license upon submission.
• Current healthcare-provider BLS, ACLS and PALS.
• Hospital pharmacy experience preferred; complete the required pre-employment drug screen.

Pay and Benefits

Taxable W-2 hourly pay: $37.34–$41.07.
