• 13-week W-2 contract; 1 opening
• Day shifts; the hourly-equivalent compensation estimate uses a 40-hour planning week.
• 36 guaranteed hours per week.
• Start: November 2, 2026, pending facility confirmation.
• Required call averages one week every six weeks.
• Standby and callback compensation is additional and confirmed before an offer.

Pay and Benefits
