Total Compensation: $55.50–$58.12/hour*

Bring your emergency nursing experience to a nine-bed emergency department in Port Lavaca. Assess changing patient needs, coordinate timely care and help patients and families feel supported during a busy night. The six-on/eight-off rotation offers a distinct work rhythm, with a longer stretch away from scheduled shifts between blocks.

Assignment Overview

• Port Lavaca, Texas 77979
• 13-week W-2 contract; 1 opening.
• Night shifts, 7 p.m.–7 a.m.; six twelve-hour shifts followed by eight days off. Hours are not guaranteed.
• Hourly-equivalent travel compensation uses the 36-hour average of the rotation; overtime is calculated separately for each workweek.
• Proposed start: October 30, 2026, pending facility confirmation.

What You Bring

• Active Texas RN license or qualifying compact privilege.
• At least five years of relevant nursing experience.
• Current TNCC, ACLS, BLS and PALS or ENPC credentials.

Pay and Benefits

Taxable W-2 hourly pay: $20.31–$22.93.
