Assignment Overview

• Gardner, Massachusetts 01440
• 13-week W-2 contract; 1 opening
• Four ten-hour weekday day shifts with required call one night weekly and weekends according to staffing needs.
• 40 scheduled hours weekly across four ten-hour days. Hours are not guaranteed.
• Target start: October 28, 2026, pending facility confirmation.
• Call is required. Any applicable standby and callback compensation is additional to advertised regular-hours pay and must be confirmed before an offer and placement.

Your Work

Bring your OR skills to a hands-on assignment where preparation, quick thinking and teamwork come together. Work alongside surgeons, anesthesia professionals and surgical technologists to help patients move through their procedure safely and with confidence.

You’ll help set the stage for each case, coordinate instruments and supplies, protect the sterile field and stay alert to changing patient needs. From verifying the procedure and site to maintaining accurate counts and supporting a clear handoff, your expertise matters at every step.

Requirements

• Current Massachusetts RN license and graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• AHA ACLS required upon hire and current BLS.
• Relevant operating-room nursing experience and CNOR strongly preferred.
