Assignment Overview

• Lebanon, Oregon 97355
• 13-week W-2 contract; 1 opening
• Variable shifts with rotating weekends and holiday coverage; no call. Paid weekly hours and final roster confirmed before acceptance. No guaranteed hours.
• Start date and final schedule confirmed before acceptance.
• Hourly estimate uses a 40-hour planning basis. No weekly earnings or guaranteed hours are promised. The paid roster must be confirmed before an offer.

What You Bring

• Current, unencumbered Oregon pharmacist license at submission.
• At least one year of relevant experience; hospital pharmacy experience preferred.
• Healthcare-provider BLS, ACLS and PALS.
• Complete the required pre-employment/post-offer drug screen and facility clearance.

Pay and Benefits

Taxable W-2 hourly pay: $34.45–$38.16.
