Assignment Overview

• Devils Lake, North Dakota 58301
• 13-week W-2 travel contract; 1 opening
• The usual schedule is five eight-hour weekday shifts with flexible eight-, ten- or twelve-hour scheduling. Weekly illustration covers 40 regular paid hours; final workweek and any overtime confirmed before offer. Weekday cesarean-section call is required; no weekend call.
• 40 guaranteed regular hours per week, subject to final assignment terms.
• Target start: November 2, 2026, pending facility confirmation.
• Call is required. Standby and callback compensation is additional to the advertised pay.

Put your assessment skills, anticipation and attention to detail to work as you coordinate with the surgical team, respond to changing priorities and advocate for your patient throughout the procedure. From preparing for the case to a thoughtful handoff, you help connect each stage of care. If you enjoy hands-on nursing, clinical problem-solving and the shared focus of a surgical team, this assignment offers a rewarding way to put those strengths to work.

Provide circulating and scrub nursing, maintain sterile technique, coordinate surgical care and support rural procedures including cesarean sections, hand surgery, podiatry and cataracts.

Requirements

• North Dakota RN license or qualifying compact authorization with an acceptable license record.
• At least two years of relevant experience, prior travel and Epic experience, and demonstrated circulating and scrub competencies.
• Current BLS; ACLS and PALS as required by facility.

Pay and Benefits

Taxable W-2 hourly pay: $40.04–$43.90.
