Assignment Overview

• 13-week W-2 travel contract; 1 opening
• 40 expected hours per week on varied shifts, including evenings and weekends; typical shift 12:30-9 p.m.
• Expected weekly hours as listed below; the facility may cancel up to 36 hours during the 13-week assignment. Weekly compensation estimates reflect paid hours worked.

Provide inpatient hospital pharmacy services, including pharmacokinetic dosing, vancomycin dosing and warfarin management.

Requirements

• Active Ohio pharmacist license in good standing before submission.
• At least one year of inpatient hospital pharmacy experience.
• Relevant pharmacokinetic dosing and warfarin-management experience.
• Epic Willow Inpatient experience preferred.
