Assignment Overview

• 13-week W-2 travel contract; 1 opening
• Four 10-hour or five 8-hour day shifts; no weekends or holidays.
• 40 guaranteed regular hours per week.
• Target start: October 28, 2026, pending facility confirmation.

Your Work

Help patients make progress toward the activities that matter to them. This hands-on role combines clinical problem-solving, individualized care and patient education, with the satisfaction of supporting greater function and independence.

Evaluate rehabilitation patients, develop physical therapy plans, provide interventions, measure functional progress and educate patients.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program.
• Active Ohio physical therapist license.
• At least one year of relevant experience preferred.

Pay and Benefits

Taxable W-2 hourly pay: $33.65–$37.15.

Medical, dental and vision benefits are available.
