Assignment Overview

• Fairfield, Iowa 52556
• 13-week W-2 contract; 1 opening
• Monday–Friday, 6:30 a.m.–3 p.m., with occasional call until 7 p.m. No overnight call or weekends; holiday coverage may be required. 36 guaranteed hours. Additional standby and callback pay confirmed before acceptance.

What You Bring

• Graduate of a surgical technology program meeting CAAHEP-accredited core-curriculum requirements.
• Current American Heart Association BLS/BCLS and facility-required ACLS.
• Relevant surgical technology experience preferred.
• Iowa child and dependent-adult mandatory reporter training and required pre-start education modules.
• Complete facility credentialing and clearance at least five business days before start.

Pay and Benefits

Taxable W-2 hourly pay: $20.00–$22.30.
