• 13-week W-2 travel contract; 1 opening
• Day shifts in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting; Flexible Sunday–Thursday or Tuesday–Saturday schedule.
• 36 guaranteed regular hours weekly;
• Target start: January 11, 2027, pending facility confirmation.

Your Work

Help patients make progress toward the activities that matter to them. This hands-on role combines clinical problem-solving, individualized care and patient education, with the satisfaction of supporting greater function and independence.

Provide occupational therapist services, support rehabilitation goals, document treatment and progress and coordinate safe patient care.

Requirements

• Active California occupational therapist license or legally qualifying professional authorization.
• Relevant rehabilitation experience; complete facility-specific credentialing before placement.
• New graduates may be considered; skilled nursing experience preferred.
• Strong documentation and time management skills; familiarity with Net Health.
• Occasional floating to a sister facility within walking distance may be required.
