Active Washington physical therapist license or authorization accepted by the facility, the required physical therapy education, and outpatient experience appropriate to the selected clinic. Additional certification and onboarding requirements vary by assignment.

Advertised total-compensation packages across these assignments span $54.38–$60.30/hour. Eligible Ascen-employed clinicians also have access to a 401(k), life/AD&D and supplemental coverage through the employer of record. State-required leave benefits apply.
