• 13-week W-2 travel contract; 1 opening
• Monday–Friday day shifts; primarily outpatient care with limited long-term-care and skilled-swing coverage.
• 40 guaranteed regular hours per week.
• Target start: October 28, 2026, pending facility confirmation.

Your Work

Help patients make progress toward the activities that matter to them. This hands-on role combines clinical problem-solving, individualized care and patient education, with the satisfaction of supporting greater function and independence.

Evaluate patients, implement individualized physical therapy, document progress and coordinate functional rehabilitation.

Requirements

• Active Montana physical therapist license.
• At least two years of relevant experience across a broad therapy caseload.
• Arrange housing independently; housing is not included.

Pay and Benefits

Taxable W-2 hourly pay: $43.50–$47.55.
