Assignment Overview

• Chico, California 95926
• 16-week W-2 contract; 1 opening
• Eight- or ten-hour day shifts starting at 6:30 a.m.; alternating weekends.
• 40 guaranteed hours per week.
• Target start: December 14, 2026, pending facility confirmation.
• Medical-staff credentialing requires a minimum six to eight weeks; the assignment starts after clearance.

Your Work

Take a hands-on first-assistant role working under the surgeon’s supervision in the operating room and labor-and-delivery suite. Apply your expanded perioperative knowledge, technical skills and clinical judgment as part of coordinated surgical care. This assignment offers the opportunity to work directly alongside surgeons while supporting patients through a critical part of their treatment.

What You Bring

• Active California RN license and CNOR certification.
• Current CPR/BLS and ACLS; at least two years of relevant experience.
• Meet medical-staff first-assistant credentialing requirements.
