Bring your nursing experience into the decisions that shape a unit’s day. Support staff development, coordinate patient-care priorities and help turn improvement ideas into everyday practice—work that combines clinical insight with leadership.

Supervise medical-surgical patient care, nursing staff and unit operations; coordinate clinical resources, staff development and quality improvement.

Requirements

• Current Colorado RN license or qualifying authorization and at least five years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated nursing expertise and ability to supervise clinical operations and staff.
• Complete Colorado CAPS screening and facility-required credential review; reliable transportation to the worksite.
