Help patients build the skills and confidence to return to the routines that matter to them. Assess functional needs, develop individualized treatment plans and adapt care as patients progress. With two inpatient openings and one outpatient opening, this assignment offers a choice of settings and the opportunity to collaborate across a hospital rehabilitation team.

Assignment Overview

• Scottsbluff, Nebraska 69361
• 13-week W-2 contract; 3 openings
• Day shifts; the hourly-equivalent estimate uses a 40-hour planning week.
• 40 guaranteed hours per week. Two inpatient openings and one outpatient opening.
• Proposed start: October 28, 2026, pending facility confirmation.
• Floating to other units, departments or patient-care areas may be needed.
• Any assigned standby or callback coverage has additional compensation confirmed before an offer.

What You Bring

• Active Nebraska occupational therapist license.
• At least one year of relevant experience.
• Current American Heart Association BLS for Healthcare Providers.
• Strong assessment, treatment-planning and collaborative-care skills.

Pay and Benefits

Taxable W-2 hourly pay: $24.66–$27.68.
