Your Work

Help residents turn therapy gains into greater independence in everyday life. Evaluate functional needs, create individualized treatment plans and provide interventions that support daily activities and safety. You will collaborate with nursing and rehabilitation colleagues in a resident-focused setting with an experienced team and a modern therapy gym. Skilled-nursing experience is welcome, and therapists new to this setting may also be considered.

What You Bring

• Active California occupational therapist license.
• Strong clinical, interpersonal and documentation skills.
• Commitment to individualized resident care; skilled-nursing or post-acute experience preferred.
