• Eight-hour day shifts in a fixed outpatient clinic; no call.
• Weekly estimates use 32 paid hours as a conservative holiday-week baseline. The usual schedule is 40 hours; final schedule and exceptions confirmed before offer.

Your Work

Help patients make progress toward the activities that matter to them. This hands-on role combines clinical problem-solving, individualized care and patient education, with the satisfaction of supporting greater function and independence.

Evaluate outpatient rehabilitation patients, develop treatment plans, provide therapy and education and document recovery progress.

Requirements

• Active Oregon physical therapist license, or compact privilege only where legally valid and accepted; facility requires permanent state licensure after a compact start.
• Relevant outpatient experience and completion of facility-specific credentials.
• Prior permanent or PRN employment within twelve months may make candidates ineligible; other prior work requires eligibility review.
