• 13-week W-2 travel contract; 1 opening
• Day shifts in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting. The usual schedule is 40 hours;
• 36 guaranteed regular hours per week.
• Target start: November 2, 2026, pending facility confirmation.

Your Work

Help patients make progress toward the activities that matter to them. This hands-on role combines clinical problem-solving, individualized care and patient education, with the satisfaction of supporting greater function and independence.

Provide occupational therapy assistant rehabilitation services, document treatment and progress, coordinate care plans and support functional recovery.

Requirements

• Active Montana occupational therapy assistant license or legally qualifying professional authorization.
• Relevant rehabilitation experience and facility-required credentials.
