Total Compensation: $57.29–$60.73/hour*

Build connections that make skilled nursing personal. Support home-care and hospice patients with individualized care plans, patient and caregiver education and thoughtful follow-through between visits. Your work can include IV care, complex wound care and wound VAC management, with close coordination across the patient’s care team.

Assignment Overview

• St Albans, Vermont 05478
• 13-week W-2 contract; 1 opening
• Sunday-Thursday, 8 a.m.-4 p.m.; on-call rotation and holiday coverage required.
• 37 guaranteed hours per week; the scheduled weekday pattern totals 40 hours.
• Proposed start: November 9, 2026, pending facility confirmation.
• Call coverage is required; additional compensation is confirmed before an offer.
• Travel between patient homes is part of the role.

What You Bring

• Vermont RN license by acceptance.
• At least two years of relevant experience.
• Home-care and hospice assessment, OASIS documentation and case-management skills.

Pay and Benefits

Taxable W-2 hourly pay: $25.62–$29.06.
