Assignment Overview

• Fort Defiance, Arizona 86504
• 16-week W-2 travel contract; 2 openings
• 12-Hour Night shift. Typical schedule is 36 hours one week, 48 hours the next, plus up to 1 on-call shift/week. Must be flexible and open to days, weekends, and holidays as needed. Maximum of two (2) Shift Call offs. RTOs for Thanksgiving and Christmas will not be acceptable.
• Typical schedule alternates 36 and 48 hours weekly. Overtime applies after 40 hours in each payroll workweek. Facility cancellation exceptions apply; weekly figures reflect actual paid hours.
• Target start: November 9, 2026, pending facility confirmation.
• Call may be required. Call compensation is additional to the advertised pay.

Your Work

Bring your nursing skills to the variety of adult medical and surgical care. Stay alert to changing needs, coordinate with the nursing team and help patients and families understand each step toward recovery.

Provide adult, geriatric and pediatric medical/surgical nursing and float to qualified unit support as needed.

Requirements

• Current unrestricted RN license in a qualifying U.S. state or territory.
• At least three years of medical/surgical and one year of pediatric experience.
• Current AHA BLS, ACLS and PALS.
• Complete Monday orientation and facility compliance requirements before starting.

Pay and Benefits

For eligible travelers, estimated total compensation is $2,124.36–$2,239.20/week at 36 paid hours, or $2,574.16–$2,740.00/week at 48 paid hours. These figures include up to $1,112.40 in eligible weekly travel reimbursements.
