Total Compensation: $56.53–$59.79/hour*

Develop individualized goals, guide hands-on rehabilitation and teach patients and caregivers practical ways to keep improving. The role also offers opportunities to coordinate care and support physical therapist assistants and home-health aides within your scope.

Assignment Overview

• Hot Springs, South Dakota 57747
• 13-week W-2 contract; 1 opening
• Tuesday-Saturday, eight-hour shifts; holiday coverage is required.
• 40 guaranteed hours per week.
• Proposed start: November 2, 2026, pending facility confirmation.
• The assignment may include travel between patient homes and care settings.

What You Bring

• Active South Dakota physical therapist license.
• At least two years of relevant experience.
• BLS and other facility-required certifications.
• Clear treatment planning, patient education and EPIC documentation skills.

Pay and Benefits

Taxable W-2 hourly pay: $23.81–$27.07.
